Dear Parents and Carers,

 

Odd Socks Day – Monday 10th November

Next week is Anti-Bullying Week and to mark the occasion, Mr Lake will deliver an assembly to the children on Monday. We are also asking staff and pupils to wear odd socks! Please remind your child to wear odd socks on Monday – you may wish to set an alarm reminder on your phone or mark it on your calendar.

 

Children in Need 2025

Next Friday, 14th November is Children in Need Day. We are asking our staff and pupils to wear colourful mufti to school on this day for a donation to Children in Need. Please remember to send your child to school on this day wearing bright and colourful mufti, with a £1 donation. Thank you for your support with this.

 

Remembrance Day – Poppy Appeal

We will continue collecting for the Poppy Appeal on Monday. If your child would like to buy a poppy or purchase any of the other merchandise (see below) then please send a donation in. We will hold a 2-minute silence to mark Remembrance Day on Tuesday, 11th November.

Suggested Donations for the following:

Metal poppy pins   £2:00                            Snap poppy ruler   £2:00                             Wrist band       £1:00

Reflective Poppy   £0:50                          Wrist ties        £1.00               Paper Poppy       £0.50
